The Lancaster Performing Arts Center (LPAC), owned and operated by the City of Lancaster, relies on the combined support of the City of Lancaster, the Lancaster Performing Arts Center Foundation, and community partners to maximize services to the citizens of Lancaster. Effective partnerships between government, business, education and citizens ensure the availability and quality of cultural opportunities to all people of the greater Antelope Valley.
