Directions to LPAC

The BLVD Transformation Project, a substantial effort by the City of Lancaster to revitalize Lancaster Boulevard and the surrounding downtown area, has now reached the Lancaster Performing Arts Center (LPAC). As a result, the sidewalks leading up to the LPAC exterior Box Office windows will be intermittently closed throughout the summer months. As a part of Phase II of this Project, Lancaster Boulevard, from Date Avenue to Fig Avenue, will also be closed.

As of Friday, July 23rd: the construction will continue moving west along The BLVD next week.  Please be advised that Lancaster Boulevard to Genoa will be closed on Monday July 26 through October.  The best access to City Hall will be Kildare.  Please plan accordingly.

For those patrons who prefer to purchase their tickets in person, LPAC has opened its interior Box Office windows and invites patrons to enter through the rear entrance of the LPAC. The best way to enter the LPAC parking lot is from Fig Avenue. To ensure patrons find their way in and around the LPAC, large banners are displayed on the exterior of the building.  There are also guide-friendly signs throughout the theater lobby.

For patrons visiting the LPAC for a show during this period of transformation, we encourage patrons to utilize the same parking lot entrance and rear entrance door. Whereas the LPAC parking lot will be limited by the construction, we encourage patrons to plan to utilize the public parking areas throughout the downtown area. LPAC’s always friendly and helpful volunteer ushers will be available to further assist patrons upon their arrival.

Since this phase of the BLVD Transformation Project is occurring as pre-season sales get under way for the LPAC’s 2010/11 Performance Season, LPAC will waive the $4 handling fee for orders placed over the phone or via LPAC’s website, LPAC.org. Tickets go on sale Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010 and this special offer is limited to this second phase of the BLVD Transformation Project.

The Lancaster Performing Arts Center is located at 750 Lancaster Blvd., Lancaster, CA 93534. Please use the map below for reference and/or to create driving directions. Parking at LPAC is always free.
