Founded in 1989, the Lancaster Performing Arts Center Foundation provides capital equipment, performance enhancements and sponsorship of the Arts for Youth program. The Foundation has successfully worked with individual and corporate donors to provide upgrades to sound and lighting systems, additional spotlights, ticketing computers and programming and other amenities that provide direct benefit to patrons of the Center. Annual support of the performance fund enables the Center to attract major talent to the Antelope valley, like this season's Trisha Yearwood, Jethro Tull, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo and Clint Black.

The Lancaster Performing Arts Center Foundation is proud to continue the Business, Education and Arts Partnership (BEAP). This collaboration between the Foundation, local businesses and area schools offers free tickets to students for special daytime performances. In a time when so many of the arts programs in schools are being cut and field trips are fewer and farther between, a program like BEAP is

Another program, the Friends of the Lancaster Performing Arts Center Foundation, helps to provide capital equipment, performance enhancements, patron amenities and wholly supports Arts for Youth. Individual membership in the Friends group begins at a donation of only $35 and offers substantial benefits. Along with these benefits you gain the satisfaction of knowing you play an important part in children's lives, allowing them to experience the arts at a time when they otherwise may not have had the pleasure or the privilege.
